This page explains what information Loumads receives when you visit loumads.com, fill in a form or message us, what we do with it, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
Who is responsible for your data
Loumads, a Meta advertising agency for real estate based in Rabat, Morocco. For any question about your data: hello@loumads.com or WhatsApp +212 672-687 845.
We follow Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us or what the site needs to work:
- The website audit form: name, email, phone (optional), property type and monthly ad budget.
- Forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads: the answers you type (name, phone and, depending on the form, city, type of business, project name, budget). These forms are hosted by Meta.
- WhatsApp and email: the messages you send us and your number or address.
- Audience measurement: anonymised or pseudonymised browsing data (pages viewed, WhatsApp clicks, device, approximate country) through Google Analytics and, when it is active, the Meta pixel.
- A language cookie (loumads_locale) that remembers your chosen language for one year.
Why we use it
- To contact you back and prepare the audit or quote you asked for.
- To keep track of our business relationship (prospect, client) in our follow-up tool.
- To measure which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for campaigns other than those that concern you. We never add you to a mass-mailing list.
Where it is stored
Your data passes through these services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Vercel (website hosting).
- FormSubmit (sends website form entries to our email).
- Notion and Google Sheets (our request tracking).
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for ad forms and messages.
- Google Analytics for audience measurement.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to working together are deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement, then for as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, object to its use or have it deleted. Write to hello@loumads.com or on WhatsApp, giving the phone number or email concerned; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority (www.cndp.ma).
Opting out of audience measurement
You can block measurement cookies in your browser settings or with a blocking extension. The site keeps working normally.
